Catalyst—it's an agent
that provokes or speeds significant change or action.
You are a
catalyst. God has designed you that way. It's not always easy and it's
rarely comfortable.
It means you
affect every moment you step into or ignore, every conversation you engage in or
avoid, every interaction you seek or flee, every embrace you welcome or
shun.
It means every
word you speak as well as the words that go unspoken change those around you.
Your every courageous action, your every response of fear, either moves
people forward or holds them back.
Whether you know
it or not you take Jesus with you into every moment, every relationship, every
conversation.
Today, your actions and words will be a catalyst for
change. Today, your actions and words
will either move people closer to God or further from Him.
Which will you
choose?
Focus Scripture: 'As each one has
received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of
the manifold grace of God. Whoever speaks, as one who is speaking the
utterances of God; whoever serves as one who is serving by the strength which
God supplies, so that in all things God maybe glorified through Jesus Christ.'
I Peter 4:10-11
